If an erroneous donation is made or if a donor wishes to cancel their donation, the Foundation will respond promptly. Donors must submit a written refund request within 1 day of making the donation to Parth Foundation’s official address or email at info@parthfoundation.in. The request should include the payment receipt and personal details necessary for processing the refund.
Timely Response:
The Parth Foundation is committed to responding to refund requests within 30 working days of receiving a valid request. The actual refund processing time may vary depending on the type of credit card or banking instrument used during the transaction.
Data Retention:
Parth Foundation adheres to a data retention policy, retaining personal information only as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulations.
Non-Product Related Transactions:
As Parth Foundation does not sell any products, there is no provision for product refunds or returns. This policy specifically applies to monetary donations made for the Foundation’s charitable causes.

Parth Foundation may disclose information as required by law, to protect our rights, privacy, safety, property, donors, or users, and as necessary to enforce our terms of service.
